Refund / Return Policy

RETURN POLICY WINDOW: The return window is 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the purchase was made, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND/EXCHANGE: We will issue refunds/exchanges for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. Items that are lost or arrived damaged from transit will be replaced at no cost to you.  If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. A refund or exchange request must be made with in 30 days of purchase. We can not offer a refund on items where the tracking information states that delivery has been made. Please check around your property to make sure it hasn't been left in an area out of sight and if it is still not located, contact your local USPS facility.

-Refunds will not be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering the incorrect size, style, color, or providing an incorrect address. We print the exact number of items based on the orders that come into our warehouse and will not have extras.  Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. You will receive an email with the details of your order immediately after your purchase is placed. 

Please contact us first in regard to returning an item to our facility. In the case that a return is authorized, return shipping costs are your responsibility.  The item has to be unworn and in its original condition. It must be shipped in the same level of packaging used originally e.g. breakables should be in shipping boxes and clothing in shipping bags or padded envelopes. We recommend that you insure and add tracking to your return as well. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us and will not offer a refund.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tellemtees.com.
