What Does "Made To Order" Mean?

Made to order means that each item in our store is printed from scratch upon purchase by our customers. We do not store any merchandise that has already been printed. This ensures that our customers receive products that have never been worn or used by anyone else. 

What does "The Fulfillment process" Mean?

The fulfillment process is the time it takes for your item to be printed and processed through our facility before it is shipped to you. Our fulfillment period is 2-7 business days from when your purchase is made. 97% of our items are processed and shipped with in 5 business days. More than half are shipped with in 3 days but we sometimes take longer during high volume times such as holidays.

What do I do If My Item Arrives Damaged / Defective / Or Is Lost?

Its Easy. Just take a picture of the damaged or defective item and email it to us along with your order number informing us of the issue and we will ship a replacement to you for free. If the item is lost, email us the tracking number as well as the order number and we'll also send a replacement  free of charge.

What If My Tracking Number Says It Was Delivered But I Didn't Receive It?

Tell'em Tees will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors, or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, We would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. 

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."

Can I Change An Order That Has Already Been Submitted?

You can before the status of the order is changed to, “being fulfilled.” Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made. While the order status is “waiting for fulfillment,” you can notify us at support@tellemtees.com to make changes to the products and/or shipping options. We urge customers to carefully check all addresses and size choices before completing their orders because our products go into the fulfillment process very quickly so that they can be shipped as soon as possible.

Why Is My Order On Hold?

We may occasionally place your order on hold due to security concerns, address confirmation and similar. Essentially - whenever we need to verify something with you or require changes to the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible to remove the hold and finish processing your order.
